Well, the moon children all imply that they want to be Mask Salesmen one day, so it's likely that our HMS is one of many. 

I tried to keep myself from giving a simple "first, second, third" order because at this rate the timeline is very mixed and matched.  For example, the story of the Composer Brothers can take place in 3 different places on the timeline, depending on context.  A few events pertaining to the giants as well.
